This law firm draws clients by claiming they wrote the Indiana workers' comp book. However, in my time being a client, I am left outside and neglected and without any formal introduction, not asked if she can get an understanding of my problems. I have not been provided with facts about my case, ...no updates at any time. I have asked for documentation so I can provide the documentation to my bill collectors. I have never had a call, nor email initiated by this firm aside from the intake process. In all cases, any and all communication has been initiated by me due to neglect. I am told she waits for a defense attorney, while it has already been near two months of the workers' comp defense attorney delaying the claim just because. My emails are ignored when sent, no acknowledgments of emails that are consistent. I can only recall twice. No contact after important records are sent. I am told to allow 48 hours, that is false. My file is laid aside because they are annoyed with me because I am calling because she feels she has responded enough (only one due to my calling). Everyone needs experience, however, I am not okay with a person with no more than a year of experience and new in Indiana law handling such a case and unkind to the client. Paralegals are the exact same way. I am told work is being done on the case, however, when I ask what is done, please forward me the other side's facts and conclusions, I am also ignored. As if a week is timely for me, to her and her profession but not for it. However, it is much longer than a week. My interests are not a concern for this firm, despite writing whatever book. They have nothing special the same as most law firms, want money for time but are absolutly dismissive on every count.
