Biography
Attorney Lisa Dillman has practiced law for over 30 years, spending much of her career advocating for clients in the courtroom. As a registered civil mediator, she also helps families resolve elder care and financial disputes without the stress and cost of litigation. She has been named a “Super Lawyer” by her peers for four consecutive years, which is an honor awarded to only the top 5% of attorneys in the state.
Her passion for elder law is deeply personal. After helping her own family navigate long-term care, VA, and Medicaid benefits, Lisa saw how closely legal decisions are tied to health, financial goals, and family dynamics. That experience shaped her holistic approach and drives her commitment to partnering with other aging professionals to better support clients.
