Stanley Kahn

This so called attorney doesn't even deserve 1 star! He took total advantage of a senior who isn't too smart when it came to his rights . He first was hit from behind that caused major chest pain and per Dr whip lash. The hospital then took x-rays which showed a spot on his lung that was scar tissu...e. Hospital mixed his file with someone else's and removed 3/4 ths of a healthy lung. Stanley said it was a million dollar case. Stanley got 200,000 and Dennis only got 325,000. Stanley set up an annuity for medical help for 85,000. Not only should have it been more, JG Wentworth said it doesn't exist! Was told accident was a 250,000 case. They also said they would handle annuity but now refuse. They sent him a 5,000 check and 2 days later he recieved a note saying if you cashed the check case is done! They didn't care about anything but lining there own pockets. He even gave accident case to someone else without Dennis' approval. This has caused alot of problems. Dennis can't work between the 3 strokes he's had in 2 weeks and is on verge of loosing his home and vehicles. Which Stanley said he didnt have whiplash per the drs that removed his lung. He was told he would have to pay 5,000 out of his pocket per dr due to he probably wouldnt win. Was also told his pain was due to his copd no it was due to nerve damage from accident/ seatbelt.This went on for 7 years! He believed everything his was told. Was warned by others about Kahn but felt safe cause he knew the paralegal, who was fired after hospital case. Stanley also had him send all of his paperwork. Which unfortunately he did. Don't see how this man sleeps at night. I will help him resolve this anyway I can.
