Meredith Reid Theisen

Ms. Theisen is an associate attorney at Dale & Eke, P.C., where she primarily practices in the areas of bankruptcy, creditors’ rights, business litigation and business restructuring.  Ms. Theisen has represented individuals, businesses and creditors in Chapter 7 and 11 bankruptcy cases and litigation matters.  Additionally, Ms. Theisen has represented bankruptcy trustees and state court receivers.  She has also represented trustees, receivers, debtors and creditors in complex cases, some of which include real estate, retail, logistics and manufacturing industries.  Ms. Theisen is active with the Indianapolis Bar Association and is currently serving as an Executive Committee Member of the Commerical & Bankruptcy Law Section.  Ms. Theisen is a member of the American Bar Association, the Indiana State Bar Association, and the Indianapolis Bar Association.
