Ms. Avery is Past Chair of the Indiana State Bar Association Family Law Section Chair and was a member of the Board of Governors from 2009 to 2011. She is also currently a member of the Board of Governors of the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers.
Ms. Avery is a graduate of Ohio University (B.S.) and Capital University Law and Graduate School (JD).
