I am the founder of Kavanagh Injury Law, P.C., a personal injury firm in Indianapolis. I have been licensed in Indiana since 2017 and I represent injured people at a flat 20% contingency fee that never goes up, from the
first call through trial and appeal.

I have spent nine years in Indiana civil litigation and I have worked both sides of it. I started in insurance defense, moved to medical malpractice defense, and then went to the plaintiff side, where I have stayed. That is
the reason I know how a claim gets valued from the inside and what actually moves an adjuster.

I have closed more than 550 litigation files and have taken and defended more than 250 depositions, including experts. I have tried three cases to a jury, two of them as first chair. Every one of those files was in litigation. Not one was a pre-suit claim closed with a phone call to an adjuster before a lawsuit was filed.

I handle Indiana cases directly: auto and truck collisions, slip and falls and other premises claims, pedestrian and bicycle injuries, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and wrongful death. I take a deliberately small
number of files so that the person who signs your case is the person who works it.
