I was advised by my business attorney to hire Greg to co-represent with him, my children and I as we challenged my deceased wife’s family estate. It was an ag related situation. We used Greg to help to settle the estate of our recently deceased father. There were several complications due to a poorly structured trust. We had a sibling who gained control over our mother and had her give him and his son total control of all family assets through power of attorney while living and for 99 years after her death via a trust. In just a few weeks Mr. Padgett had them dissolving this trust and everything being equally di...vided among the 6 heirs. Furthermore he managed to do this without increasing family hostility. If one needs to solve an unfair trust or estate problem, I do not think anyone can surpass him. I say all of this without ever personally meeting him and even living in a different state.
