DO NOT HIRE!!! I had an incredibly frustrating experience trying to assist my elderly mother in paying off a debt owed to one of Flora Owolabi's clients. Despite multiple requests, she has consistently refused to provide a payoff amount or an invoice, making it impossible to settle the debt. Her comm...unication style is extremely rude, and she often talks down to us, showing a lack of professionalism and empathy. It's bewildering that a debt collector would make it difficult for someone to make a payment. This task, which should be straightforward and take less than five minutes, has turned into a needless ordeal. I strongly advise looking elsewhere for legal assistance.
