Biography
I have been practicing law in central Indiana since 1992. My focus is small business, estate planning, debt relief and accidents/injuries. My approach is to create a relaxed, informal environment for my clients to speak openly with me about the legal problems they are experiencing, and then I custom tailor a resolution that fits their need and budget. I understand that it is often an anxiety-filled situation in which a person visits an attorney, so I strive to maintain an easy, comfortable environment. My rates are highly competitive when compared with other attorneys of similar experience. Very nice and easy to talk to
Chuck is very easygoing and very easy to talk to. He has over 20 years of experience, and does great work. I would highly recommend him if you want someone down to earth and who explains things so that you don't have to learn legal-speak. He handled my bankruptcy case, and it all went very smoothly...
