Very informative. felt safe trusting her
We adopted 4 children that were in foster care. The parents right were not terminated. She worked hard during mediation and also explaining the process. She made sure not only that we were protected but our children. God bless you

Stayed Suspension/Probation issued in IN, 2008
updated on 03/24/2018Stayed Suspension/Probation means an attorney did something wrong but may still practice law. This type of suspension means the attorney has been suspended, but that the suspension is placed on hold (and ultimately removed) if the attorney complies with certain requirements. In this case the State also monitors the lawyer's activities for a period of time in hopes that he or she will not repeat the behavior.
“Never suspended or disbarred. The facts surrounding this incident arose more than 20 years ago, involved no intentional or willful misconduct, and occurred during extremely difficult personal crises (deaths of many loved ones/friends). All issues were satisfactorily resolved and the practice of law has been continuously and successfully conducted with no further incident.”
