Gasper Stare

I cannot say enough good things about Gasper Stare and Aspen Gundy. I hired Gasper to help my boyfriend get out of Allen County jail after the last lawyer we hired dropped the ball completely in court. From the moment that I started talking to Gasper, he made sure he was informative and fair. He made... sure to tell me the details behind everything that I asked and ensured if there was something that he didn't think was possible that he didn't just take my money (there was more that we discussed than just getting my boyfriend out of Allen County). Once I hired him to help speed up the process of getting my boyfriend out, Gasper and Aspen both made sure to stay in communication with me daily. They provided updates and gave me the possible timelines that could happen on each step. My boyfriend lives in Madison Co, so we had to get him out of Allen and moved to Madison and on to house arrest with a system of queues and lets just be honest, the system doesn't care how fast it moves unless they want something from you. We were looking at a possibility of the entire process taking at least a month if not more. In that process, again because the previous lawyer didn't do what he was supposed to do while in court, the judge originally just put Allen Co on the order to release to house arrest. This got updated due to Gaspers work. When Gasper and Aspen got in contact with the probation office in Allen, they said they didn't have any orders (which they did per a fax which Gasper and Aspen showed) and then Allen Co probation didn't like how it was not specific enough so Gasper pushed for that update. It was starting to look bleak. In 10 days, we hadn't even gotten to the process that would start the actual transport/transfer from Allen Co Jail to Madison County Jail then house arrest which was the part that could actually take a month to do. Gasper did everything in his power on that day and got my boyfriend completely out of Allen Co Jail with no waiting on Madison Co, just the promise that my boyfriend would be at Madison Co probation first thing Monday morning (which he was). What was going to be a month process, then looked like it might be a month and half, Gasper turned into only 9 days!!! He stayed in constant communication with me. He answered my texts, he answered my calls, he answered my boyfriends calls from jail. It didn't matter what time it was, he responded. It didn't matter what he was doing, he took time to respond, even if it was a short text to let me know what he was doing and he would call me back asap, which he ALWAYS did. I know towards the end I was getting frustrated with the system and Gasper made sure to reassure me every step of the way, never got frustrated with me, my contacting him, or my questions - even if I had to have him repeat the answers. He always slowed down if I needed him to help me understand and made sure I knew and understood so I could keep my boyfriend informed and up to date as well. Even when Gasper called to tell me the amazing news that they were going to just let my boyfriend out and he wasn't going to have to wait on the jails any longer - not even going to lie, I started crying and Gasper, the whole time was like ok, jess, now you need to get ready and get in the car and told me to make sure I drove safely (its a two hour drive). Again - cannot recommend Gasper enough. He is communicative, understanding, down to earth, passionate about what he does and treats you like a human. He definitely is worth the money and we are definitely planning on hiring him in the future!!

Mr Gasper Stare is great to work with! He responded to my initial inquire for assistance quickly. I needed his help with a traffic/criminal issue. While things are slow moving with the courts, Mr Stare made sure I knew something when he knew something. He kept me informed about the case. I didn’t... bother him anyway, I think I’m a pretty laid back client and left him to do his work. No need to keep asking what’s happening. Had to go to court on Tuesday February 2nd and was facing a few days in jail along with my wife. Was not ready for that, Mr Stare negotiated with the prosecutor and avise my wife and I what we should do and it all worked out for us. We were able to return home to Michigan, just have to pay a fine, th...ank you!
