Awesome Lawyer! Agressive and effective....

I'd recently found myself in a very frustrating and complex situation involving child support. I was referred to Finis by another attorney who spoke very highly of him and assured me that he was very proficient. I was a little apprehensive when first meeting Finis primarily because he looked reall...y young and all my prior dealings with attorneys that I'd had success with were all a little more on the "seasoned" side. My trepidation was immediately diffused. Finis immediatley began asking questions and pointing things out to me that I had overlooked. I could tell that he has a handle on law and all of it's intricate facets that are beyond his years. Finis didn't rush things. He hatched a strategy and had frequent conversations with me to provide me with updates. On the day of court, my ex-wife had gone to great lengths to alter her income to make it appear that her annual income was less than $30k a year. Finis was able to navigate a TOME of documents from both our side and hers to uncover the truth which was that her income was well over $200k a year. He did this all the while maintaing a constant dialouge between her counsel and the judge. He was constant pressure! In the end, this constant barrage sealed the deal. My ex-wife's manipulation and dishonesty was exposed in open court. A lesser attorney would not have been able to have gotten me the outcome that he did. For that fact - I am 100% convinced. If you're looking for a "cheap" lawyer or trying to find an attorney that's easy on your wallet - You're always going to get what you pay for. Finis isn't the cheapest attorney out there but he's far from the most expensive either. I can honestly say that I was charged fairly and felt that in the end, what I gained was far more than what I was charged for. Thank you Finis.

Great Service and Professionalism

Finis Tatum has been my business attorney for about three years. His strategic planning, attention to detail, knowledge of local and state law have been a great asset to me. He has not only displayed attributes of professionalism but, his desire to get his clients the best result possible is evident.... Finis, has been easy to reach and usually responds back in a timely manner. Not only is he a professional in the top of his field, he displays attributes of empathy and kindness yet, in the courtroom he is nothing less than a force to be reckoned with. I was very pleased when Mr. Tatum won a case involving my business against the city and am thankful that I chose him to assist me with some very difficult legal issues. Professional, Prepared, and Personable

My wife and I were, recently, plagued, with a series of false accusations, from battery to child abuse. After contacting and meeting Finis, I immediately felt as if I had known him, for years. In the meeting, Finis listened to all my facts and convinced me he actually believed I was innocent. He bega...n seeing facts, before my wife or I revealed them. Once the cases began, Finis was able to easily mediate the CHINS (Children In Need of Services) case and secure my wife's profession, by keeping the battery off her permanent record. Next, was my battery case and Finis' serious fact finding, including depositions on all witnesses, and ability to find inconsistencies in each story, I believe, was key in the state dropping the case. I'm able to provide, for my family, due to Finis and his legal team. The fees were not too outrageous, as we were able to pay, each one, as they arose.
