Tim is a Fort Wayne native and graduated from Bishop Luers High School in 1977. He received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University and earned his law degree from the Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis in 1984. Tim then practiced with Benson, Pantello, Morris, Jame & Logan from 1992 through 2019. He is now doing much the same - advising, drafting and litigating - at Law Office of Timothy Logan LLC.

Tim has continued his studies at IPFW, and attained a Masters Degree in English in 2004. He is admitted to practice in the State of Indiana, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, and is a member of the Indiana State and Allen County Bar Associations. His primary practice consists of family law (divorce, custody, visitation, support, and adoption), wills and small estate administration, legal malpractice, appellate work and commercial litigation.

Tim is always willing to speak frankly about client issues, and has a particular ability to express himself in writing (thus his large body of appellate work). He works hard to provide his clients with a complete understanding of their legal issues and to suggest efficient legal solutions to their legal needs.

I know Tim Logan
Tim has been associated with me for many years. He has multiple college degrees. He is a great research resource and an excellent legal brief writer. Tim is very proficient in his areas of practice. Family Law is his anchor practice, having handle 100's of cases successfully. I frequently refer cases to him because of the confidence I have in his legal skills. His rates are fair. Logan: Persistent and determined to see justice
I have worked with Tim Logan for the past 7 years because of a terrible divorce and custody situation. He has been persistent in his quest for justice in dealing with an equally determined opponent. Through Tim's legal research of similar cases and his sheer determination to defeat a "not so nice" person, he was successful in protecting my children and obtaining more than a few judgments in my favor. I have also seen an increase in the amount and regularity of child support. I shall remain friends with Tim long after this ugly business is concluded.

outstanding service
I have used Tim for five years for custody issues. His staff is top notch, and so responsive. I always feel at ease knowing that I have Tim, when we proceed to court. He is always three steps ahead of the game. I have yet to lose my battle with trying to keep my children safe with him. He will fight for you, and be right there by your side explaining everything. His team is outstanding! I highly recommend Timothy Logan.

Mr. Thorough

Sound Character
Tim is a lawyer who truly cares about his client and works for their best interests. Thouh he is very practical and reasonable about fair settlements. He stays on top of trying to continuing to learn and expand his knowledge and is always prepared for his cases. Definitely a good choice for family practice matters ( that has been my only experience) and I would expect he handles his other aspects just as well.

MR. LOGAN OFFERED TO COME TO MY HOME TO SIGN MY WILL AS I AM DISABLED SO GOING TO HIS OFFICE WOULD HAVE BEEN DIFFICULT. HE IS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND DID A VERY GOOD JOB FOR ME WHICH REQUIRED HIS SPEAKING AND/OR EMAILING MY SON IN NEW YORK. I WOULD DEFINITELT RECOMMEND HIM.
