Biography
I live and work in the Broad Ripple community of Indianapolis. I have spent my career guiding clients, discovering their unique care needs, legacy concerns, and financial situations to help them reach their goals.
I worked full-time in the securities industry as a trader and compliance officer while attending the Robert H. McKinney School of Law (IU Law, Indianapolis) and began my law practice representing clients in financial disputes. I also worked as Litigation Counsel for Indiana’s top securities regulator, helping victims of financial crimes recover assets.
As my practice evolved, it has had a consistent focus on elder issues. I work with seniors and their families to secure benefits for their care and support for in-home or nursing home facility services. Through collaboration with clients, we create legacy and will documents that reflect their wishes and concerns.

I am accredited by the United States Veterans’ Administration to represent Veterans and am a member of the Elder Law and Real Estate Sections of the Indiana State Bar Association

Estate Planning and Medicaid
Matt is a fabulous attorney who was very helpful to our family. He helped to guide us through many difficult situations with my Mom and Dad. The nursing home system is difficult to navigate and he is very knowledgeable in this area. I don't know what we would have done without him.
