Amber Nicole Ying

Amber Nicole Ying is a native of Indianapolis, Indiana and licensed to practice law in Indiana and New York. 

Amber is a graduate of the University of Michigan where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. She earned her Juris Doctor degree from the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law.

Upon graduating from law school, Amber enjoyed a five year career in investment banking and management, which led her from Indianapolis to New York City and London, England.

In 2011, Amber established the Law Office of Amber Nicole Ying, full service, general practice law firm with an emphasis in criminal, civil and elder law matters - including preparing wills, powers of attorney Qualified Income (Miller) Trusts, and Medicaid planning.

She is a member several organizations and has participated in several programs including:

- Indiana State Bar Association's Leadership Development Academy, member of the inaugural class;
- Indiana State Bar Association Young Lawyers Section Council;
-Indiana State Bar Association Continuing Legal Education, Service, Law Practice Management and Diversity Committees;
- Marion County Bar Association;
- New York State Bar Association; and
- Indiana Conference for Legal Education Opportunity (ICLEO), Fellow.

Recognizing the importance of community service and servant leadership, Amber volunteers with Indiana Legal Service, Inc. - Senior Law Project, where she focuses on Medicaid issues and serves as a Guardian ad Litem with Kids Voice of Indiana.
