Victoria Christianna Martz this attorney immediately took action in standing up for me and my rides. She generally cares about her compliance so much that I have heart failure, and she made the court realize how hard it would be for me to attend probation for two years with reporting and my physical... abilities are at 10% of my heart working she got it to wear. It’s a non-reporting probation due to my medical history and my condition she also pleaded that they please take in consideration that I never been in trouble before in my life never been arrested before in my life and I’m 55 years old! She immediately took action when she saw how sick I was and I am in a hard for me. It was just to attend to court to get to the courtroom. It would put me into cardiac arrest and I’d be put in the hospital every time she reached out to the courts to request that I do the probation and I report in the beginning and see how that goes as far as being good and following orders and to what I’m supposed to, and then eventually make it non-reporting probation or I don’t have to get up and try to physically get to the probation officers office cause literally it does put me in cardiac arrest just trying to walk into the courtroom and she also requested that we may please have continuances an emergency continuances and had me checked in at the hospital to check me out, which they admitted me She generally cares about her clients and she goes take an extra step to make sure that I was going to be physically and medically and mentallyOK attending to my court date and my sentencing! I knew she had my interest in my back. I knew she studied my case. I knew she was doing it for free and that amaze me because the lawyer before I didn’t even see him at all I couldn’t get him on the phone at all, and he didn’t know anything of my case matter fact they had me confused with someone else and thought I had a rap sheet that was horrible and ridiculous arrest after arrest for drugs and violence and drinking and you name it. They were gonna throw the book at me thinking I was just a habitual offender. They had the birthdate wrong and I had a lot wrong. I had to convince them and show them to look at my Social Security number again and my birthdate that was not me. It was someone seven years younger than me that I’ve never been arrested ever I’ve been in any trouble in this other lawyer that was appointed to me who was fast to question me if I was sure or not like I wouldn’t be sure if I was ever arrested before come on they’ve never apologized and they did not listen in the sentence. The prosecutor gave me two years reporting probation a ton of fees and all I was doing was going to the store and Ted just got out of the hospital and two empty bags to empty bags with residue of drugs were shoved down in my car. I had no clue they were there. They never do any test on the bags or nothing or never proved it was drugs that they thought and I never seen any evidence that they did but here I was facing two years of reporting probation or two years in prison for something that wasn’t mine so this Victoria Christianna Martz is the best lawyer I’ve ever seen in my life due to her heart, her devotion and her knowledge and her general humanity acknowledge of the law and what’s right and wrong. She actually follows it and she makes things happen for the good. I recommend her to anyone.
