Thomas Michael Hanahan

I have extensive experience with all major real estate asset classes, including retail, office, multifamily, industrial, hospitality, medical office buildings, residential and commercial subdivisions, and golf courses.  The aggregate monetary amount of transactions in a typical year will range between $250,000,000 and $500,000,000. Have been involved in real estate projects located in over half of the states in the U.S. Several transactions have involved deals or projects exceeding $100 million in market value and one transaction exceeded $1 billion. 

 My general experience includes representation of (i) commercial lenders in connection with construction loans, general real estate mortgage loans, and asset-based loans, (ii) real estate developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, development, leasing, financing and sale of real estate projects, (iii) commercial lenders in connection with loan workouts, forbearance arrangements and foreclosures of distressed loans, (iv) real estate developers and investors in connection with the renegotiation of distressed loans, forbearance arrangements and lender foreclosure actions, (v) companies raising equity capital through private placement securities offerings, and (vi) companies in various commercial matters.
