Rahul B. Patel

Monish Patel has focused his legal practice on criminal defense individuals throughout out Central Indiana as well as surrounding counties and beyond.

He has represented thousands of clients in cases ranging from murder to misdemeanors to traffic infractions - with the sole objective of doing his best for his clients. Patel has also represented thousands of clients in DUI and Drug Offense cases.

Monish Patel's has extensive trial experience including several years serving as a Deputy Prosecutor with the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office and as a Defense Attorney with the Marion County Public Defender's Office.

Monish Patel is currently a member of the Indiana Bar Association. He is admitted to practice in Indiana by the state's Supreme Court as well as the United States District Court for the Northern and Southern Districts.

A native of Center Grove, Indiana, Monish Patel is a graduate of the Indiana University School of Law - Bloomington where he still returns to do speaking engagements as well as hosts and advises many students. In addition, Patel has a Master's degree in Biology from Purdue University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Xavier University. While in Law School, Patel was President of the Delta Theta Phi Law Fraternity. He's a graduate of Center Grove High School.
