Very Satisfied With the Results
I contacted Paul Overhauser to assist me with a complex Bitcoin case involving a Bitcoin exchange that handled my investments inappropriately. There was a lot of history to this case and it involved highly technical content. Paul was easy to work with and took the time to understand the issue, provide the necessary guidance and knowledge, and formulate a strategy to win a settlement resulting in a favorable outcome. Paul treated me fairly from a cost perspective and did a great job overall. Thank you!

The most supportive lawyer a Small Business could have
When I first wanted to begin my small business' podcast, I knew I wanted to get the name of my podcast trademarked as soon as possible. Other lawyers I had worked with in the past made me feel like I was foolish for starting my podcast, but not Paul. On our consultation phone call, Paul immediately felt different from other lawyers I had worked with because he truly wanted to understand my brand and business in order to thoroughly, and accurately help me submit my trademark proposal. He has always been quick and though in his email responses to all of my questions, patient with me throughout my learning curve of starting my new business, and even generously drafted me my very own, custom Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to use for my website because he knew I would need them. I can't recommend Paul enough for your trademark and other small business needs! It has been a pleasure to work with him.

Excellent Trademark Infringement Wins!
My company’s registered trademarks were being infringed and our cease-and-desist letters where being ignored. I was referred by my attorney to Paul Overhauser Law Offices and they took on multiple infringement cases for our company, all having excellent successes and wins. It is always a pleasure working with Paul Overhauser and his staff. Paul's knowledge of trademark law is excellent with great communication, and responsiveness. I appreciate all the hard detail work Paul and his staff have done and continue to do for us!

Attorney
I served as co-counsel with Paul in defending a lengthy and complex infringement suit in Federal court. He was instrumental in obtaining a dismissal of the lawsuit, and convincing the court to order the plaintiff to reimburse our client’s attorney’s fees. I found Paul to be very knowledgable, tenacious, well qualified and easy to work with.

Fantastic, Quick Service!
We found Paul's firm via the internet. I was pleasantly surprised when I called and a person answered the phone and I was able to speak with Paul as well! Paul was very thorough and got to work right away on what we contacted him for. The fee we paid for his services was fair and competitive. We would definitely recommend Paul and his firm for any legal needs, especially related to patents and infringement, which was the case with us.

Immediate response, professional, kind and reassuring
We had the need for an immediate consultation regarding a legal matter and within minutes (less than 10' !!) on a weekend we were able to secure an online consultation. The consultation was excellent. Paul was kind, casual and reassuring while maintaining an exemplary level of professionalism. Paul was informative, provided precedent cases' data to compare similar situations to ours and was rapid in assessing potential legal scenarios and options to proceed. In contrast, other Attorneys I tried to contact never even responded to my inquiry. In time of need, it is certainly a good feeling to know that one can count with professional, good, fast and thorough legal support and advice. Something not very common nowadays...

Very Knowledgeable, Professional, Responsive, Fast and Affordable
I am an attorney myself but needed to consult with and hire Paul Overhauser for a trademark dispute I was having. I contacted him through his website and received a reply within an hour or so. After talking on the phone I felt even more confident he could handle the matter and retained him. While Paul handled this matter he communicated with me and let me know what was going on. Everything was taken care of quickly and favorably. I am very happy with everything. Although I hope I don't need IP representations in the future, I would hire Paul again without hesitation and would recommend him to anyone who needs an Intellectual property attorney. Thank you Paul.

Exceptional Representation
Mr. Overhauser (Paul) represented my commercial real estate firm when it was sued by a copyright troll. During the 3-years of litigation, I was never left wondering what was going on with my case. Paul kept me informed, yet, insulated from the day-to-day minutia of the case, which if i had been exposed, could have put a tremendous drag on my business. During the trial in Federal Court, it became very clear why I hired Mr. Overhauser. Although the plaintiff's legal team included the copyright troll himself, a retired class-action attorney, and an experienced plaintiff's attorney, Paul applied superior intellect, planning and strategy to systematically take apart the plaintiff's case during the 2-day trial, which was confirmed by the jury's delivering a "not guilty" decision after just 15-minutes of deliberations. I consider myself very fortunate to have engaged such a competent and experienced attorney.

Patent Award
Paul was spot on with his forecast on the USPTO process regarding issuance of my patent. When things looked bleak he assured and guided me through the steps needed to get my patent awarded.

Results oriented
Although I am an attorney, I believe in hiring attorneys that are more proficient in certain areas of law. When it comes to intellectual property issues, Paul is one of the best in Indianapolis. We hired him on a piece of IP litigation and he made quick work of it getting favorable results in a short period of time. Would highly recommend him for your IP needs.

Outstanding
Paul B. Overhauser is a fantastic attorney who has worked with me since 2012. He is and has always been there for me. He’s compassionate and honest about his work and he always finds time to take my calls anytime I call him. That’s what I really like about him. He’s not one of those attorneys that doesn’t return your call. Mr. Overhauser goes above and beyond to help me. We are up against a giant company that makes me think of the story of King David and Goliath. I highly recommend him.

Highly Recommended
Paul has renewed my faith in lawyers! He is so incredibly insightful, asking you all the pertinent questions that you hadn't even considered. He is very responsive. I have dealt with some attorney's that wouldn't even return a phone call, let alone, make even minimal efforts in your case. The outcome of my case still remains to conclude but it's clear he is acting on my best interest and cares about me as an individual faced with a difficult legal problem. He is the "Perry Mason" I was searching for!

Relationship: Worked together on matter
"Mr. Overhauser is an exceptional attorney. He has a natural strategic sensibility in the context of litigation that allows him to not only solve the problems at hand but to understand how any given move or counter-move will impact ultimate decisions on motions, or at trial. Some lawyers pride themselves on fighting each and every issue to the death as if it were a matter of ego and pride. Overhauser understands that litigation is a chess game where one needs to see multiple moves ahead and where ego can often cloud one's better judgment. I have no reservations in saying that Mr. Overhauser is star lawyer for complex business and intellectual property matters."
