Partner

I had the pleasure of working with Paul as local counsel on one of his matters. Paul is very responsive and he cares a lot about his clients. He is well versed in IP matters. He is my go-to IP counsel in Indianapolis.

Very Satisfied With the Results

I contacted Paul Overhauser to assist me with a complex Bitcoin case involving a Bitcoin exchange that handled my investments inappropriately. There was a lot of history to this case and it involved highly technical content. Paul was easy to work with and took the time to understand the issue, provid...e the necessary guidance and knowledge, and formulate a strategy to win a settlement resulting in a favorable outcome. Paul treated me fairly from a cost perspective and did a great job overall. Thank you!

The most supportive lawyer a Small Business could have

When I first wanted to begin my small business' podcast, I knew I wanted to get the name of my podcast trademarked as soon as possible. Other lawyers I had worked with in the past made me feel like I was foolish for starting my podcast, but not Paul. On our consultation phone call, Paul immediately ...felt different from other lawyers I had worked with because he truly wanted to understand my brand and business in order to thoroughly, and accurately help me submit my trademark proposal. He has always been quick and though in his email responses to all of my questions, patient with me throughout my learning curve of starting my new business, and even generously drafted me my very own, custom Privacy Policy and Terms of Service to use for my website because he knew I would need them. I can't recommend Paul enough for your trademark and other small business needs! It has been a pleasure to work with him.

Excellent Trademark Infringement Wins!

My company’s registered trademarks were being infringed and our cease-and-desist letters where being ignored. I was referred by my attorney to Paul Overhauser Law Offices and they took on multiple infringement cases for our company, all having excellent successes and wins. It is always a pleasure ...working with Paul Overhauser and his staff. Paul's knowledge of trademark law is excellent with great communication, and responsiveness. I appreciate all the hard detail work Paul and his staff have done and continue to do for us!

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"Mr. Overhauser is an exceptional attorney. He has a natural strategic sensibility in the context of litigation that allows him to not only solve the problems at hand but to understand how any given move or counter-move will impact ultimate decisions on motions, or at trial. Some lawyers pride themselves on fighting each and every issue to the death as if it were a matter of ego and pride. Overhauser understands that litigation is a chess game where one needs to see multiple moves ahead and where ego can often cloud one's better judgment. I have no reservations in saying that Mr. Overhauser is star lawyer for complex business and intellectual property matters."
