Townsend & Townsend was founded in 1941 by attorneys John F. Townsend, Sr. and Earl C. Townsend, Jr.. Since that time we have focused on representing individuals who have been wrongly injured due to the negligence of others and also representing the families of people who have died due to negligence. We have tried thousands of cases over the generations throughout the State of Indiana and United States. We only take cases involving injury or death and we do not charge any attorney fees unless and until we collect a settlement or judgment on your behalf. John F.
