I spoke with Attorney Redman back in 2011. I did the phone consultation and it took me a few years to finally take the plunge and file a chapter 13. His Paralegal Brandy was the best at talking with me, taking my million phone calls and guiding me through the process. I filed and attended the credit...ors meeting. All was great and it was time for me to become eligible for a Ch 7. I had another phone consult to discuss my options, pros and cons. He told me his recommendation of my next steps with justifications as to why? Not just do it cause I'm the lawyer. He and his partners and paralegals all answered all my concerns. I then went ahead and filed a Ch 7 and have had the best experience. I was referred and I referred a friend and she had an awesome experience as well. Hope this helps someone wanting to file. It's definitely a scary process but Redman Ludwig office makes it a easy pill to swallow!

They made us feel protected thru out a very uncomfortable Process. The Staff was Wonderfully Patient and always available. We felt and were "Protected"-someone looking out for Our Best Interest. ...and even when the process completed-They Do Not drop you "Like a Hot Potato", but instead work with ...you as you begin the task of recovering from the Process. My wife and I feel as though they saved us from "the inevitable". Cannot say enough Good about this organization.
