About Bradley
Biography
I focus my practice on a broad range of environmental matters. A significant area of my practice has been devoted to defending business clients in toxic tort and complex environmental litigation in both state and federal court. In addition to offering skills as a litigator, I also represent clients in negotiating permits under the Clean Air Act and Clean Water Act and defend businesses of all sizes in administrative enforcement proceedings for violations environmental, health and safety laws and regulations. Finally, I represent private and municipal clients in real estate and commercial transactions by assisting with environmental due diligence and drafting agreements to limit exposure to environmental liabilities.
