Albert Serrano

Mr. Serrano gave me no hope for my case after being charged with a crime for the first time in my entire life. He actively made my life harder. When i called him for legal representation, he charged me with an expensive upfront retainer fee. After paying the fee, he did not contact me for more th...an a month after i had been released on home detention, which i fought for with little help from him because he was late to court every time. I had to call him multiple times and he still refused to communicate with me. When I decided to replace him with a much more competent attorney, he finally called back, but instead of apologizing, he got his ego injured and told me he would not be giving any of my money back. He then threatened to “get my current attorney disbarred from practicing law for stealing his clients away from him”. I 100% would not rely on Albert Serrano in any regard as a client of him. He swindled me out of my hard earned money and took advantage of my lack of knowledge of the legal process as a defendant.
