It is ironic how I'm being made to feel like I'm just another guilty convict, when in reality, I'm not. I know I did nothing wrong because I took the necessary steps in ensuring I wasn't acting criminal the day I was arrested, because I've never been that guy. I avoid confrontation at all costs and a...nybody who can see will know that. This public defender is very condenscending as well as lazy. He acts as if the state prosecutors, the plaintiffs, are his best friends in court while goofing off and taking nothing serious. He then waits until 6 days before a scheduled jury trial, and informs you at last pretrial, that hes done absolutely nothing in way of filing ANYTHING you have requested for months for him to file. He won't return phone calls even, so it doesnt surprise me that he doesn't even have one review on this site or any other site I could find about him. Not to mention he's classified with one single, demeaning title of "young lawyers." And considering I've already done so much damage to my life all on my own, so considering that, I need a public defender who is on my side, not completely against me like he has 100% made me feel. I feel expendable and irrelevant to him.
