Josiah Swinney is an accomplished trial lawyer handling cases involving complex criminal allegations. Whether at the trial level or taking over for an appeal, he has represented high-profile matters that have generated public attention and secured successful results for his clients. Josiah's work has earned him the distinction of being selected to Super Lawyers® Rising Stars in 2022, 2023, and 2024.
