John Douglas Schiff

I hired John. He was a very effective communicator in writing and successfully disputed ridiculous allegations in my case. However in court, John was very unprepared and stumbled over his words. He failed to present the facts and evidence of my case. He also failed to dispute ridiculous allegations f...rom the other party. I was highly disappointed in his lack of performance given that he did not do what he and I had agreed to when we prepped for my case in his office. He did not perform as expected and based on that I would not hire him again.
