I hired Mr. Frangos to expunge a criminal record, which he accomplished with speed and great aplomb. Outstanding service from beginning to end. Dave was always in contact with me and returned emails almost immediately. Total time took about 4 weeks from signing our contract to completion of the expun...gement order. His fee for service was quite reasonable and in my estimation, well worth the cost. He even succeeded in getting the court to waive my final appearance and saved us both an hour drive to the courthouse. I highly recommend Mr. Frangos' services in any of the fields he practices in. I can't say enough about Mr. Frangos's professionalism, diligence, and persistence with my case. I'm not a man of impressive means and the thought of hiring an attorney for legal defense is, at first, financially daunting. Again, this just tells me that he's not about billable hours and invoices; he is about passionate pursuit of justice for his clients. I first met Mr. Frangos when I was being held custody due to an alleged Felony Theft Charge. However I also had several traffic charges that I had missed payments on and thus lost my driving privileges. When I was taken into custody I was actually on military orders and it was only by chance that I r...an into Mr. Frangos. Upon meeting him he assured me that he would contact my unit and inform them of my current whereabouts and promised me he would guide me through this whole legal process. During the course of the next couple of months not only did he go out of his way to provide me with support on the next steps I needed to take in my case, He would even provide me with rides or go out of his way to make meetings easier due to my lack of transportation. In the end, we won our case and the Felony Charges were dropped. Afterwards he continued to help me with my traffic cases even though they were not his responsibility. He helped me know exactly what I needed to do in order to get my license back and made my life so much easier. As I prior military service member he could relate to me on a personal level and he could understand my situation in terms of keeping my unit informed of my court processes. An example of this is months after he had helped with my cases he emailed me to check to check up on how I have been doing. I had mentioned that I still have not received my DD-214. He later messaged me back stating that he was able to get ahold of my unit and the document was on it's way to me. Words can not express how greatful I am for Mr. Frangos, if anybody is fortunate enough to have him as your lawyer, know that you are in good hands.

Davis is ONE of the best lawyers the state of Indiana has to offer, David was representing my boyfriend at the time of his need and was nothing but GREAT when he said he was going to do something he made sure it got done he stayed in contact with me the whole time to. David isn't one of these lawye...rs where they promise you something and doesnt follow thru because he does he helped me make the right decision on what I should also do for my boyfriend while he was locked up. All the way around he is the best lawyer we have ever had and with my boyfriend being in trouble a few time I wish he could have been there for him everytime. After all the court dates and him being on house arrest David even went out of his way to check up on him and that isn't something lawyers do he is just a great guy all the way around I'm glad we got in contact with him because now we have found a lawyer that will want to fight for us and not just take our money.. He truly care for what he has worked so hard on and that being a lawyer and that shows when he was helping us I wish there were more stars to rank him on because he goes above and beyond.
