Michael graduated Magna Cum Laude from Georgia State College of Law. He was a fellow in the tax clinic at Georgia State and graduated in the top three percent of his class. Michael was admitted to practice in Indiana in 2003. Michael specializes in Corporate Law, Contracts, Personal Injury, Small Business, Civil Litigation and Criminal Law. Michael has been a part of many important cases including Merlin Martin v. Bayer Ag Science and Co-Alliance where he successfully took the case to jury and won a defense verdict. Like his father, Michael has developed expertise in the area of Cooperative law. Michael is heavily involved in the emerging area of retail cooperatives and has assisted in several Indianapolis area food cooperatives.
