Biography
I am originally from Shelbyville, Indiana. Out of law school I worked for an insurance defense firm in Northwest Indiana defending parties in motor vehicle accidents, slip and trip and falls, premises liability, contract disputes, construction defects, product liability, and wrongful death cases.
I started working with injured plaintiffs and general practice when I moved to Utah in 2013. In 2017 I moved back to Indiana and have continued to work with plaintiffs in personal injury cases against the insurance companies I used to represent and also handle plaintiff medical malpractice cases, general litigation such as breach of contract, insurance disputes, construction defects, and estate litigation.
