Brady Jay Lory

I am 74. Had a DUI, never had accident or ticket until this time. I hired Brady as my attorney. He was kind, re-assuring and very professional. He made me aware of what could, should happen at my court date. He was very upfront about my case, fees, etc. When I needed info or was having anxiety, he... was very quick to get back with me. I was more than pleased with the outcome. I would certainly recommend him to any do my friends and or contacts.

Brady Lory did an amazing job in a tough/harsh county to defend clients (Johnson). He is very well known among all parties and actually played basketball at Franklin College with some of the other lawyers. He is a common-sense lawyer who is relatable with great communication skills who is also open t...o texting which is convenient. I was charged with an underage drinking charge and had the book thrown at me because I did not get a lawyer. When I mishandled the situation (due to inexperience and the fact that....I am not a lawyer!) more trouble arose and that's when Brady stepped in. He explained my miscommunication with the prosecution and got everything straightened out. Once I attended some alcohol education classes, I arrived for court date. When I first speak to Brady he tells me he has convinced the prosecutors to discontinue my case with NO probation or any further conditions. All I had to do was pay a fine and I was done. He even convinced the judge that he should waive one of the two fines that $200 because of the money I spent on the education classes. Brady Lory is the lawyer you want handling your case whatever is may be, just give his office a call like I did and good results will just keep happening after that.

I have hired Brady twice within the last 4 years. The first for drinking underage in Hamilton co and then second in Morgan co for a more serious drug charge. Like many know, legal troubles are very stressful and hard to navigate on your own or with a public defender. With Brady all I had to do was ex...plain what happened and he took it from there, with all the legal troubles but also made sure personally I was doing what I needed to do to make sure I was getting better. The court kept pushing my case back, and with this I was able to get healthy and Brady made sure the court new this. I had been doing everything on my own and because this my charges were dismissed. Without Brady this wouldn't have happened! I am very thankful for all the work he did for me.

My first attorney in Marion County was horrible. He didn't even show up in court one day and had some guy come in his place that looked like a public defender. I then hired Brady Lory and wish he had been my first choice because he is a fire cracker. He will go after the prosecutor, explain to you... what is going on, respond to your phone calls, emails, and not try to talk you into a plea deal just to take your money and run! I would highly recommend Brady Lory as an attorney in Marion or Johnson County.
