Our family hired Teresa for a complex and challenging family law case. She was compassionate to us, yet forthcoming about the potential difficulties of our case. There were no surprises which we appreciated. Opposing council seemed a challenge for previous council, however Teresa seemed to hand th...e difficulties professionally and promptly. We have only had one court appearance to date with Teresa as our council. We were shocked that the compassionate, soft-spoken lady we had met on several occasions at her office was the same person we observed in the courtroom. Expansive knowledge of the local rules, statues and precedent in case law was her sword. Teresa effectively overcame every objection to the presentation of her case, had obviously spent considerable time interviewing all of her witnesses and was well versed on events that occurred before she was on this case. We received the best possible outcome from this initial hearing, but it's going to be a long road for us. Teresa might not be as available as some attorneys, but it is because she is doing all the behind the scenes work necessary for the courtroom. Her staff member, Carol, was a pleasure to work with, prompt in returning calls or emails, and also worked very hard on our case to help us limit our costs.

I hired this lawyer on a recommendation, but unfortunately I became upset with how she went about handling my divorce case and custody, my ex was granted custody of our younger daughter and was able to be allowed to move county’s in the middle of our divorce process and custody case. When we finally ...got to our final divorce/ custody hiring she was fumbling through documents and blew being able to finalize our custody case but the only thing she got done with to get our divorce finalized.

She relieved my bank account by $26,000. over a 22 month period and 4 court appearances to get my divorce finalized. I walked away with all my assets fitting nicely into my Dodge mini van. She is a proffessional pick pocket and the most incompetent and confused person in the legal system. I often fe...lt that she was working for my ex's best interest, not mine. I am really surprised that she is still in business, but there are always gullable, stressed out people, like I was, who trust in someone to help them. My ex told me to thank my friend who referred her to me. If you need a lawyer, DO NOT use her!
