OUTCOME: One felony and three misdemeanors dismissed with remaining felony given conditional discharge. No probation.

The client was accused of felony gun and drug violations and several misdemeanors. The judge originally set the bail high, but I was able to convince both the state's attorney and judge to reduce the ... bail by half, empowering the client to post bond. After significant research and negotiation on my part, the case was resolved with minimal penalty and expense.
