Benjamin Daniel Waite

Benjamin Waite founded Waite Law Office LLC in 2020. He has served clients as an attorney since 2013.

Benjamin has a background in criminal defense, family law, civil, municipal law, and appellate law. He has not only served criminal defense and family law clients, but has also served as a municipal prosecutor. He previously clerked under the Honorable John Martin prior to Judge Martin’s appointment to the Federal court. He has not only worked in the trial court setting, but has also successfully briefed matters for the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court.

Benjamin approaches each case with a plan to to assess each case’s facts, law, and the client’s personal story. This approach helps Benjamin evaluate each case and build an appropriate personalized plan. He understands that different cases require different approaches based upon the client’s goals and personal history.
