Biography
Weston is an Indiana attorney with a litigation-focused background and an emphasis on written advocacy. Since 2020, he has practiced throughout central Indiana in criminal, family, contract, insurance defense, municipal, and appellate matters. His current practice centers on remote brief writing, legal research, and municipal representation.
Weston began his career serving in the United States Marine Corps as an Infantry Assaultman stationed at Twentynine Palms, California. During his active-duty service, he deployed to Iraq twice, in 2007 and 2009. After leaving active duty, Weston continued his work supporting the Department of Defense as a contractor, training service members in drone operations. In that capacity, he deployed to Afghanistan three times, in 2011, 2012, and 2014.
In 2014, Weston earned an Associate Degree from Ivy Tech Community College before continuing his education at the University of Michigan, where he graduated in 2016. He subsequently completed a dual-degree program at Indiana University–Indianapolis, earning a Juris Doctor and a Master of Public Affairs in 2020.
