Eric Steven Jungbauer

Eric S. Jungbauer is the managing member of Durbin | Jungbauer LLC, a small litigation firm in Noblesville, Indiana. Mr. Jungbauer joined the United States Army following graduation from high school in Atlanta, Georgia. He graduated from Wabash College in Crawfordsville, Indiana and attended the Mississippi College School of Law. 

Prior to starting Durbin | Jungbauer LLC, Mr. Jungbauer was an associate with a large healthcare firm in their litigation & risk management section. He was the Indianapolis managing attorney for a Chicago based litigation firm, and most recently, a senior associate with a firm whose practice extended into 17 states. 

 Mr. Jungbauer currently handles numerous litigation matters and maintains an active court docket. He has prosecuted and defended numerous cases to verdict, but also focuses his efforts on pre-trial resolution through discovery, motion practice, and mediation or binding arbitration. He is also the founder and co-owner of Local Counsel Collective, an automated, online network of attorneys who serve as temporary counsel for large, high volume, litigation firms around the country. As such, he has an affinity for the small business owner and entrepreneurs working to get their start-up off the ground, and protect what they’ve worked hard to build.

Mr. Jungbauer is an active member of St. Luke’s United Methodist Church, Indianapolis Association of Wabash Men, and volunteers with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. Eric Jungbauer lives in Noblesville with his wife and their daughter and two dogs.
