Eric Joseph Benner

I'm a person that never writes reviews EVER. SO in order to save yourself time and money, I would recommend not using Eric J Benner for anything. I can't speak for the other Attorney's but he's awful. He's a wolf in sheep's clothing. This guy was representing me in a family law case Hired him back in... October. He talked a good game to get my money and did nothing more than continue every hearing that I had. I was just supposed to be in court 3-3-2021. He had is Paralegal Veronica call me the day before court asking for all these documents that Should've been requested months ago. Then the day of my hearing Eric cancelled my hearing again for the 6th time. He cancelled for his own personal reason then lied and told me a different reason. He's very unprofessional and waits until the last minute to do things then he makes it seems like he's not the issue. I almost feel as if he should be a prosecutor and not a lawyer. He drafted up this invoice which consisted of him charging me for emails and multiple continuances that he filed. I gave him all information needed and he pretends as if I didn't. On the surface he seems to be a guy that cares about doing his job and helping people but once he gets your money that goes out the window. So unless you have money and time to throw away I suggest you run the other way.
