I represent both mothers and fathers in child custody issues. I feel that present day father's take as much time with their children as mother's do. I do not have a preference about which parent is best for the child. Custody is fact sensitive.

I consider all income and all facts when determining how much child support mother/father should pay the other parent.

Often times grandparents have to obtain guardianships for their grandchildren due to the opioid issue or other issues. This is just one area of family law that I work in. Other areas include divorce, custody, support, college expenses adoptions.
