John Forest Bymaster graduated from Indiana University School of Law in 2005.  He began the study of bankruptcy in 2002 while he was in law school.  His research led to an advanced study called, "Bankruptcy:  The Restoration of Public Productivity."  This study explored the dramatic changes of the bankruptcy code in 2005.

Before opening his own bankruptcy firm, John Bymaster was an attorney at the largest bankruptcy firm in the mid-west.  While working there, he gained necessary experience and knowledge that sets him apart from other bankruptcy offices.  Although he became the managing attorney of that firm's Indiana offices, John remained convinced he could create a better experience for his clients by starting a new office.
