Biography
Amy Carson has established herself as a leading figure among the new generation of family law attorneys in Indiana. Amy represents clients in contested and uncontested divorce, custody, parenting time and child support cases. Although Amy advocates mediation and Collaborative Law ("no court divorce") as a means of settling matters, she is also an experienced litigator who has appeared in courts throughout the State of Indiana. Amy also regularly represents clients in guardianships, adoptions, paternity, relocations, modifications and other post-decree cases. In addition to her trial court experience, Amy has been successful in her appellate work with nuemrous reported cases and she has appeared before both the Indiana Court of Appeals and the Indiana Supreme Court for oral arguments.
