With more than 30 years of legal practice at his back, Attorney Timothy Devereux has the knowledge and experience necessary to help injured individuals and families, regardless of how complex their cases may seem. He has zealously advocated on behalf of clients in Indiana, Illinois, Texas, and Colorado, and he also argued cases in the U.S. Supreme Court, along with the 7th and 10th Circuit Courts of Appeals.
Attorney Devereaux currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and is a member of ITLA’s College of Fellows and their Legislative Working Group. He is also serving as Vice President for the Indianapolis Bar Association for the 2019 term. In the past, he was also on the Executive Committee for the Litigation Section of the Indianapolis Bar Association and served as Chair of the Executive Committee in 2018.
