I had a homeowners violation and the HOA hired these shisters who filed a complaint against me. I had corrected the violation prior to receiving the summons because I needed a ladder which was outside my budget and took time to save the money for. I called and spoke to the attorney Corey Baldwin and ...told him we corrected the violation. He informed me I was responsible for courts costs and attorney fees. He told me it would be under $1,000 but 3 days later told me it was over $1,400. I asked for an itemized bill because that seemed excessive for file a form with the courts. He was extremely rude and said he didn’t have to provide that to me and the fact we were talking to him in the phone was increasing his fees. I did get angry and hung up on him since he told me I was getting charged more for talking to him. After the call he immediately file for a default judgment against me and is asking for 5 and 1/2 hours in attorney fees! This is straight up retaliation against me for questioning his billing practices. I have filed a complaint with the BBB. I will file with the Indiana Bar Association, the courts and the FDCPA. Since he told me it was an attempt to collect a debt and I disputed the charges, he violated my rights. And by the way the court documents he filed, he charged me for 3 phone calls. What kind of crooks do that? Roache and Associate!

I was in a hearing with Robert roach and a Omni representative ,the judge granted them a balance that included lawyer's fee .I paid the balance then received another bill from roache after he stated that the first amount was all that I owe. Now I can't get him to remove the lien from my home or resea...rch the account to prove that I do not owe any more money

He has a job to do just like everybody else. He is recovering money that are really are owed to HOA. NORMAL PROCESS. but here is the issue. Had a run in with him a long time ago on some back dues on hoa. One big issue. Had me in the wrong county court. Not a county I lived in. Im not a attorney so at... the time didnt know any better. When i questioned him on wrong court. He said point blank. I dont care. We are here lets go on. I was stupid. The man know hows to make money. But has no morals and is very unprofessional. Some folks are just about results. He like a legal frieght train. I quess the best way to get him out of the picture. Pay your dues. Document everything. Send payments certified. Then he has no business.

I have called twice to get information regarding HOA fees. Office help is so rude. I tried to make a payment she refused to take a payment and said that it was to much of a hassle to take a split payment. Refusing payment??? Never heard of this before. She was rude, had a a horrible attitude and tri...ed to turn it around and say we will give you more time. No i want to make a payment to try to resolve this but again she refused. There is no website and seems like only 2 women in the office.

I could go on in length about this place. I have spoken to more than just Jamie and yes Jamie was absolutely a miserable human being. All I wanted to do was pay my bill but she insisted on fighting with me. She yelled and also made fun of me just like the man who reviewed before me. Other people, t...he current "office manager" was not as blatantly rude but Jamie was hard to top in that area. I asked the office manager questions about my case because I didn't understand everything that was sent to me. She said "I'm 10 minites late and you have taken up 20 minutes of my time so you need to tell me what your going to do- pay or go to court" I was shalked that another employee was rude jist like the other 2! I explained to her I wanted clatification on what I owe as the papers aren't adfing up plus to add to my confusion another lady working there lied to me and told me I had already paid the bill that the office manager was talking to me about. I have no problem paying what I rightly owe but I will ask for an explanation and these people will give you several different answers and treat you like you are garbage. If anyone wants to hire them DON'T. I have family that works in law and they can recommend people that get the job done without being horrible human beings. Just awful people. Almost horrific experience
