Christina M. Zivitz

Christina Zivitz is the founder of Zivitz Law Group, P.C., a divorce and family law firm serving clients throughout Indiana. Ms. Zivitz focuses her practice exclusively on divorce and family law issues, handling matters involving legal separation, divorce, asset and property division, paternity, adoption, spousal and child support, child custody and visitation, order modifications, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and more.

Not only does Ms. Zivitz have a wide range of legal experience, but she is dedicated to coming alongside clients with empathetic counsel. After 15 years of co-owning and managing Hollingsworth & Zivitz, which was one of the largest family law firms in Indiana, she created Zivitz Law Group, P.C. in order to provide high-quality legal services to clients more efficiently and at reduced costs by using advanced technologies and eliminating the inefficiencies of the traditional law firm model. Additionally, as a child of divorce and having gone through a divorce herself, Ms. Zivitz is committed to providing compassionate representation to her clients.

She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law and has remained active in the community and legal organizations/bar associations.

A former NFL Colts Cheerleader, Ms. Zivitz is an active member of the NFL Cheerleader Alumni. Outside her family law firm, she enjoys spending the majority of her free time with her family, but also loves working out and ballroom dancing.
