Client was a trustee overseeing a property titled to a trust. Resident in the property was not under a lease and did not pay rent or expenses. Trustee desired to list/sell property. Resident was obs ... tructing. In order to return possession to the Trustee the resident needed to be ejected (as opposed to evicted). We were able to conclude this case for the Client without the time and expense of litigation.
OUTCOME: Reunified child and mother.
Young mother had infant removed while still in the hospital just a day after giving birth. Child sheltered with non-family foster. No visitation was available upon taking this case. We regained visi ... tation rights, guided the mother through the DCF and Dependency Court proceedings. Mother had unsupervised visits, then overnight, and finally full weekend unsupervised visits. Full tim reunification is pending the final hearing.
