Claimant petitioned for permanent total disability benefits. The E/C defended that claimant did not meet her burden of proof under any of the three permissible methods of proving entitlement and furthe ... r had refused available employment and voluntarily retired her position. The JCC accepted the medical evidence that claimant could not maintain gainful employment based on her physical limitations and did not find the E/C MCC and voluntary limitation of income defenses to be sustainable.
