This case was an appeal before Florida's First District Court of Appeal. Ms. Felth McKenzie obtained a reversal of a final judgment awarding the Former Wife permanent alimony with instructions for the ... trial court to recalulate the alimony taking into consideration income from assets awarded to the former wife in equitable distribution and also make new findings on the former husband's ability to pay. This was the third time this case was before the District Court of Appeal and the third win before the tribunal.

This case was an appeal before the First District Court of Appeal from Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage entered in Santa Rosa County, Family Law Division. Ms. Felth McKenzie was retained as ap ... pellate counsel for the Appellee/Cross-Appellant (Husband) in the appeal of a Final Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, involving distribution of substantial assets. The First District Court of Appeal reversed in her client's favor the equitable distrubtion schedule adopted by the trial court in the Final Judgment. The reversal resulted in a gain of more than $160,000 to her client.

Following a bench trial in Federal Court before Chief Justice Casey Rogers, Ms. Felth obtained a verdict in her client's favor in a ADA/Employment Discrimination case. Ms. Felth's client had been wrong ... fully terminated after he was diagnosed with cancer and his employer failed to provide him with a reasonable accommodation. Ms. Felth was able to get her client his full amount of back-pay requested, as well as his attorney's fees and costs.
