Client facing adjudication of guilt on a second-degree felony possession charge. Complicated case spanning 3 counties with an original judgment from 2003. My client was accused of being "on the run" fo ... r over five years. Client facing 2 to 10 years and Judge wanted to give him maximum. Was able to work out an agreement with Prosecutor for minimum. Client accused of Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child (First-Degree Felony). Worked hard along with Client's family for over a month. Case spanned 3 counties with the Fort Worth Police Dept.- Crimes A ... gainst Children Unit heading up the investigation. The Denton County D.A.'s Office ultimately took the case and submitted it to the Grand Jury, who decided not to indict (No Billed). Unbelievable outcome and an extraordinary blessing. A big thank you to everyone who prayed for us throughout. So happy for my client and his family and grateful to our Lord Jesus Christ for His grace, guidance, and provision.
