Clients came to us after they were given a misrepresentation bar. The U.S. citizen spouse was a U.S. military veteran whose spouse helped them to battle severe PTSD as a result of their deployments mak ... ing their separation more brutal. However, veteran spouse was a pilot who could travel back and forth to their spouse, making the case more difficult to prove. The U.S. citizen moved to live closer to the immigrant spouse and away from his elderly parents. The U.S. citizen also had three siblings who lived near the parents. We came up with unique theories about the case as it was difficult to show the U.S. citizen had to remain in the U.S. The case was approved in record time and the couple was reunited.
