OUTCOME: The court granted the motion and a such I submitted a default judgment. The court awarded 100% value of the undisclosed assets to client due to such non-disclosure and entered a default judgment against Respondent accordingly.

This case entailed a very complex property division issue. Opposing party owned several businesses here in the United States and abroad. However, he failed to disclose those items in his preliminary de ... claration of disclosures. Client field a motion to compel requesting for Respondent's complete disclosures. Respondent failed to comply with such orders. I filed a motion requesting for terminating sanctions, where Respondent's response was stricken from record due to non-compliance with the previous orders.
