This case decided important issues as to who can lawfully hold the of ... fice of City Attorney, procedural questions about Quo Warranto actions, and how an abstention is to be counted. Attorney Green was successful in having the Writ of Quo Warranto granted by the Superior Court. That decision was appealed to the Georgia Supreme Court. Attorney Green successfully argued the City of Gordon, Georgia's legal position and the Georgia Supreme Court affirmed the trial court's decision.
