OUTCOME: Client acquitted on both counts

My client in this case was a juvenile charged with Burglary and Receiving Stolen Property. I won the case at trial on a motion for a Rule 29 acquittal. I made the motion after the State rested their ... case-in-chief. I successfully argued that the State failed to present enough evidence sufficient to support a delinquency (guilty) finding.
